Science Spotlight

I was introduced to the concept of “Medicine 3.0” in Dr. Peter Attia’s bestseller Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity. Medicine 3.0 is a paradigm shift to proactive, personalized, technology-enabled healthcare that focuses on optimizing healthspan (years of good health) rather than just lifespan (years lived). It is lifestyle commitment that includes being an expert on our own personal health challenges. The surge in AI-fueled longevity and health science available to everyone, and the ability to use AI for healthcare analysis has made that more possible than ever.

In my quest to be an expert on my own health, I consume a lot of longevity and health science content, some of it good, some of it not so good, and some of it worthy of sharing. Below is content I’ve found most worthy of sharing.
